Our Fiberglass / Polypropylene Core panels offer high strength and lightweight solutions for a variety of applications.
Panels are offered with a 5.0 pcf polypropylene core and 0.14” glass epoxy skins. Peel Ply can also be offered for surface protection.
Various finishes are also offered to match your current design or build to print specifications. ACMFG also offers just in time inventory for high volume blanket purchase orders to ensure we meet your high demand release dates.

Carbon Fiber Panels
ACMFG offers a wide array of carbon fiber panel solutions. Various fabrics and resin types are coupled with various CORE material to meet you requirements. We offer a wide range of thicknesses, ply orientation, weaves and fabric types.
We also offer carbon fiber laminates, all which can be machined to specific design and assembled.
Carbon Fiber panels are built when ordered due to the variety that exists within this product line. Potted inserts, edge-fill, extrusion and other operations can all be conducted at Advanced Custom Manufacturing.
